"I would advise all insurance customers to look for another agent. I had nothing but problems with this office through my tenure (too long) as a State Farm customer. I had countless billing issues and encountered constant incompetence anytime changes were made on my vehicle policies. The turnover of employees in this office is comparable to a fast food restaurant and the competence of the employees of this agent was that of a fry machine operator. After I switched agents, I discovered that I was paying fees beyond what was required on my policies. I've saved a lot of money after I switched to another State Farm agent a few miles away from this agent. My advise is to stay away from doing business here and find an agent that will treat you fairly and have employees who have competence and a good attitude towards their customers."
